Putting Octocon together is a year-long job, and we need people to help us right now with the crucial tasks of planning and organising and spreading the word about Octocon 2025.

Some of the jobs we need help with are:

• Answering queries sent to our Info email
• Organising our committee meetings and taking minutes
• Designing and writing our flyers, bookmarks and printed publications
• Creating images and illustrations for our website, social media and printed publications
• Managing our communications team
• Liaising with our guests and with our venue
• Putting together our programme of panel discussions, workshops, talks, chats and much more
