Octocon 2025 Trade Application Form

Welcome to the application form to trade at Octocon 2025!

This year, we are in-person for one day only – Saturday 11th October – in the Maldron Hotel, Tallaght, Dublin.

We have a limited number of tables available this year so each application is for one table space – we are not in a position to offer multiple tables to single traders this year. 

We are not allocating tables on a first come, first served basis. Instead, we will be considering a number of factors, including the need for a variety of types of traders who sell items that we know are popular with Octocon attendees.

The closing date for applications is Monday 18 August 2025.

A table will cost €20, and you will also need to purchase a separate Octocon membership for each person who will staff the table. 

An attending weekend membership costs €40 (€25 concession with Young Adult memberships also available), and you should buy the appropriate membership type – all of these will also give you access to the rest of the convention including our online content on Saturday and Sunday.

(If you know you will be unable to attend any other parts of the convention, you’re welcome to get membership at the concession rate.)

If you are a trader who is exclusively presenting AI work, we will take this into consideration in the allocation of tables and may refuse to give you space.
